So far, I have been loving university life. There's a sense of satisfaction that I receive when I do my own laundry, cook my own meals and generally just have complete control over the affairs of my daily life. The actual academic part of university is brutal (maybe it's because all my courses are science and science labs) but having done a course in high school that already built skills that you need in uni, it almost felt natural to get back to the late nights and never ending lists of things to do. IB was hard but university is definitely more challenging in a completely unique way. It sounds cliche but it tests me both as a student and a person. Interacting with many different kinds of people can really change the way you view the world and your place in the world. I have been discovering new things about myself as a person everyday.
