New Zealand is a great place for students to go for Higher Education.
The main universities are - University of Auckland, Massey University, University of Otago, Victoria University of Wellington, Auckland University of Technology,
University of Waikato.

Medicine is 6 year course and very competitive for international students. After year 1, students have to take an examination and if they pass, they can go on to Med School.

They offer loads of work opportunities and internships and flexible degrees and a possibility for international students to get a 3 year work visa after their bachelors degree.
PR Status is based on qualifications, work experience and depends on a point system.

Study in Wellington, the creative capital of New Zealand.  Great place to be if you interested in the arts, film (think Avatar and Lord of the Rings), etc.  Very open-minded, live-able city.

Study at James Cook University, Australia!  Known as the University of the Tropics (Great Barrier Reef).  Perfect place for biology students, medicine (50 seats for int'l students), social work (super multi-cultural), engineering (first year common engineering before picking your stream).
