For us in the Primary division it is important to hear your feedback, we are here for your child and your comments help us to shape what we do.

It was great to see ... learn so much. Just need for her to be less shy.

His confidence

Didn’t learn new but the areas he is good and no so good at were reconfirmed

she has become more interactive and taking lot of interest in reading

She is confident, creative and responsive.

Things that he is learning and what he would like to achieve

She is comfortable with all teachers and openly communicates with them. She is a keen listener during story time. She is caring but sensitive and thoughtful. However she is bothered by little things from her friends for which she should be counselled.

His strength n weaknesses

Her way of learning & patterns

He is shy but very thorough in his work

She is focused and confident. She loves maths and wants to get better at reading

Very informative, got to know about what’s happening in the classrooms

That she identifies her weaknesses n strengths pretty well

His strengths and how he is working on his weaknesses

He is good at taking responsibilities

He has been more confident

Very helpful inputs from ...

His strengths and weakness from his pov

I learned about his progress and the areas which needs improvement

Her goals in the upcoming months

She needs to work on her writing and communication skills

He has evolved and much more comfortable in school now

Her interest in non fiction books

She is a happy child at school, aware of her areas of development and confident in many ways. She has goals set in the areas of time management, literacy (leverage transition words increasingly), learn times tables up to 20 to enhance her speed in math and better her research skills by exploring a topic every Monday and sharing learning when appropriate.

I learnt about his interests in math, literacy

She likes reading, she likes taking ownership. Likes to take the lead on projects and help others.

What they do in school

I enjoyed viewing his work and ability to answer

That he is learning and exploring in a way that it adds to his overall growth and development and that he is growing smart and independent each passing day

How confident and independent she is

... is good at setting goals of learning for himself and how to achieve them too. Good reflection of himself

... has given some thought to his areas of improvement and also worked out some next steps

He has set his goals and he wants to fulfill it

About her progress in the new grade

He is energetic and intelligent but needs to focus

... has always been a warm, friendly child and it was very nice to see him bring joy to everyone around him at school. We are glad that he has settled in well.

His overall participation & learning experience

He prefers the school bus v/s his parents coming to school with him!

He’s doing quite well

He is really really shy...but picking G up

The goals he has made for himself and the lovely learning games he is playing at school

I learnt that my child interacts and does a lot in school

His skill set and his working areas

Some insight into whats happening in class and perhaps why she doesn't want to go to school

She is very organized, active learner

I learned that my child is expressing himself well , that he is understanding what is being taught in school.

Teaching methods used in school, strengths and weakness of the child

I learned that my child is expressing himself well , that he is a good understanding of what is being taught in school. he is happy in his school environment.

He is much more creative then what what I have seen him so far at home and otherwise .

Inquisitive

I learnt that he is doing good in all the subjects. He needs to learn how to organise his work.

Do you have any other comments?
I always look forward to this day. It’s conducted in such a beautiful way.

Wonderful inputs from … teachers are encouraging children to think out of the box

Great going

Most helpful teachers

We feel like the SPTL should be a minimum of 30 minutes . We have always felt rushed even in previous SLC’s etc when we got 20 minutes allocated . We have found it insufficient every time including today . Otherwise lovely, thanks so much

Great job

Thank you for all the love and care.

I wish you continued with the subject specialists as well

Can we do this more often ?

It was very short

Great experience

Loved it

Please allow 30 minutes for the interaction

I feel the time should be extended to 30 min.

Would like to meet … separately

Put 5 minuets at least that if we have some concerns about kids in personnel meetings

Would request if we knew a little bit more of our child in t class

... is doing a great job

More time for feedback chat with teacher

Thank you for all the efforts and support, as always!

Well conducted but would like some more in-depth knowledge in a few things .

Good way to meaningfully connect with the teacher

It would be great if the duration of the conference is longer like at least 30 minutes

We absolutely love the feedback we get from ... when he comes back from school. ... has been a great influence on our child. We really appreciate how she has connected with our child.

Thanks for the progress and detailed update.

Very much satisfying thank u so much for helping our kids for their better future

Excellent work by all teachers!

Would help to make it less structured and more dialogue

Thank you teachers. This really makes me feel that Oberoi was the best choice for ...

Wish we had more time

This session should be for a bit longer time. Let’s say 30 min

Maybe need more time

Would like to also add the Hindi subject as part of the conference

It was a reassuring experience!

It would be helpful to have face time with all other subject teachers. It would also be helpful to have one at the term to be able to understand the growth through the year.

Conference experience was that it was a feedback session with parents. Needed more time with teacher.

Very helpful insights

Would like to get a better idea about child’s thinking process

Thanks to the home room teacher and the rest of the team for making the entire environment so conducive for children.

Should have more meetings like these

Very grateful to the teachers for creating such a lovely and happy environment in school

It was great to see my daughter talking and explaining me everything

A big thank you for the help and support from his teachers

This is a better format than SLC as the teacher is noting the additional strengths and development needs of the child 1on1

Great way to showcase child’s progress and learning skills.

OIS rocks! 👍🏻 Great environment for kids to grow into fabulous human beings..

Looking to many more fun experiences and learning for ...

Could be for longer duration to understand the progress better, we actually had to rush through and meaningful intereaction couldn’t occur and had to leave in middle

As she progresses, may be a good idea to help us understand what progress we should expect in terms of learning outcomes (behavioural, physical etc)

Will like to meet teacher to exchange ideas

Thank you for all your efforts and support, as always!

We should have PTM for primary kids in every three months to know about the individual kid and talk with teacher in detail.

It’s a good setup to have such meetings

This was helpful in understanding our role to further compliment the school’s curriculum

We are very pleased at the articulation of the PYP curriculum at OIS

Very insightful... got to know some nice things about arya which I was not aware of

We should also have some opportunity to discuss other aspects, especially about how the child is adjusting to his new class . We had a call but last year we had a meeting too which was very helpful.

More school interactions will be helpful

It’s fantastic

Happy to see all over improvement

I really liked this idea.

We should have at least 4 , 3 way conference in a year .

Would suggest if the frequency of this is increased and a detailed guideline is given as to what has been covered in different skills like literacy and math.

Truly impressed at the work the little champs are doing and kudos to the teachers for framing them into the individuals they are turning out to be....

We are so happy to have experienced this !!

Keep up the terrific work

It was ver good to be a part of this conference

High interest and excitement about learning..Great process..

I am happy to see my child’s development

Perfect interaction!

Leaving with a smile

Will help him persue his goals.

If it can happen for 1/2 an hr ..

A useful interaction

Satisfied n happy the way my child is grooming

Am happy with the progress

Education should be kept interesting as it is done in Ois.

We love the school. Big big thanks to the teachers

Good experience. The teacher was very involved and had observed minute details about the child-which was a revelation!!

Keep up the good work!

Would like it to be a little longer, ideally do a walk around to understand what all they do.

We are very pleased with his learning environment

Enjoyed it thoroughly!

A big thank you for the help and support from his teachers

You must keep having these to keep reminding kids n parents so that they can overcome their weaknesses before entering the secondary world

Everything went on very smooth and just how every parent would have wanted it to be

The collaborative process is great for the students and parents

I love the concept of collaborative classroom learning and sincerely hope that this gets implemented for the full grade and not just for a few sections

Fantastic, thoughtful teaching. Thank you for everything

Awesome way to teach solve difficult problems in fun n interesting way

Very well organised . Thanks to the teachers .

Frequency of such meetings can be increased but some may be done on call.

Thanks her teacher for giving attention on her Improvement

Thanks for this unique opportunity : ))

A little more time

I am happy to see my child’s development

An extra 5mintues with the HRT would help.

Thank you for your time.. this is an excellent way to understand our children and their progress while they are at school.

It was nice

I am happy to see my child’s development

I want these 3 way conferences once in every 2 months so that we could know where they are lacking or any help is needed

Well managed. Thanks

Should happen regularly

Really enjoyed it

Look forward to the next one

We would like some feedback specific to my child with some guidance of anything we can help with

The 3 way conference is a very good format for understanding a holistic perspective. It would be great if this could happen in the second semester too along with the SLC.

Would like to have little more time, may be a 25 min slot.

We look forward to the next one and to see ... do many more things :-)

20 minutes is too short a time.

Pls have this every 3months

The session provided a very good insight

Loved every moment spend in the classroom

Thank you for recognising and bringing out the best qualities of our child, it really reinforces our belief in the school.

Very happy with the classroom and learning

We’re on a good track, of course a lots of improvement required.

It is a good way to interact with the teachers & work as a team for the improvement of the child

Need to do this once a quater 😊

I would liked it to be longer

It would be great if we could have this kind of a conference more often, more like a PTM at year end or before year ends to understand how the child is doing / changing and learning so as to enable their learning and growth at home.

Just wanted to reiterate that ... is happy in school and enjoying the activities.

Satisfactory meet. Thanks

Overall good

It would be good to also have a separate Ptm session at least once a year.

Time limit should be more

Good initiative

It is a fantastic process so many thanks for oragansing this and thank you to the teachers for their patience.

I am very happy the way his teachers are focusing on him ,I really appreciate their effort, they all r doing fab job....Thanks

Very good experience.

The 3 way conference was centered around the child but I feel there can be more participation of parents and teachers. As a new member of the school I felt I could have got more insight and feedback on my child’s progress especially because he has come from a different school and board as well.

Awesome way to teach solve difficult problems in fun n interesting way

It was a pleasant experience to be there at the conference and learn about my child’s progress.

We expressed our issues with the schools communication and are hoping to see some improvements

Will be helpful to get timely updates on any early interventions required to enhance the kids learning. They are doing ok but if they can do better then please do share feedback.

Will try different strategy to achieve her help her goals

Was happy

Interacting with the child in the presence of the teacher is a good idea.

Would it be possible to have this more often. It is a different perspective and insight into the child’s mind.

It was a morning well spent.

Would like to have this more frequently

The 3 way conference helps me to understand the learnings and the teacher student relation.

Was great interaction between parents teacher and student

Love the concept

Can people please maintain the time schedule please

I feel we should have a minimum 4 interactions with the teachers as PTM Or SLC

It was. Good interactive session, more sessions like these would be appreciated

Thank you for all the hard work you put in for our kids.

Keep up the great work

… seemed very supportive helpful during the session

…  thank u for letting me know …  weakness. This will definitely help me to improve her and work on her with your help.

Great work 😊

1) At least 30 mins needed to get a good sense and not feel so hurried.
2) one on one time between parents & teachers to discuss points which cannot be covered in front of the child
3) Pointers on how learning happening in school can be reinforced at home
4) The. HRT agreed and was keen that all of the above be implemented

Would appreciate if we can work harder on his weaker areas

Yes. Activities like these should happen more often as it helps to understand and bond much better

20 minutes was too less. The children have so much to share. That we did not get time with the teacher.

I am happy with his progress

😊

I’m happy to attend and looking forward to attend more

Every time enjoy the three way conference

It was. Good interactive session, more sessions like these would be appreciated

Just a big thank you to ... she has understood my child brilliantly.

Good experience

Would like to do this more often

Time was short

Would love to see other subjects like music sports etc

It’s really great way to understand his learning in school hope it could be 2 times in year

Do give us a little more detail about the syllabus. It’s a book less form of education and therefore it gets a little difficult for us as parents to revise things with the kids.

If we could have these PTMs more often....

Appreciate the transparency in showing us what’s best for Rajveer.

It’s a good way to show parents what they have been doing in school.

Keep up the good work... Cheers!!!

1) 30 minutes be allotted per child so no one feels rushed
2) Clearer sense of progress on numeracy
3) 5-10 minutes of one on one time w the HRT to understand and discuss issues which can’t be discussed in front of the child

We are very happy with the school & teachers

Would love to do this more often.

Why was PTM held so early in the AY and why could we not meet other teachers as is the norm?

Good show, would like to meet the other subject teachers too

Excellent

This is a brilliant way for us to know more about what …  is doing and learning at school.

All well.

It’s Fantastic

I am very happy with the way teachers are teaching.

I’d prefer it to more detailed viz a viz curriculum and daily routine.

Always convey such information of improvement

20 mins was a very little time to know about what they do in class. Plus it’s a rush rush for the child, considering that they get little conscious and excited when parents are in class with them. In case a previous parent takes longer also, we miss out on some time due to which we could not ask questions and understand more about his work and understanding of the unit. Hence, I request you to please increase the time so that we parents can attend more peacefully and ask more questions to the child. Thank you.

It was lovely attending the session as we got ample time with him in class.

Excellent way of communication

Happy parents

Extraordinary WORK by teachers & team. Touched, moved & inspired by teachers actions.

Thank you mam for guiding our kids in a creative way and help them enhance their skills

It’s very helpful. Thanks.

30 minute slots would be great!

Both the teachers are very supportive and we appriciate their work

Wished would he able to meet other specialist teachers

Thank you , happy with progress

We should have PTM for primary kids in every three months to know about the individual kid and talk with teacher in detail.
