Resilience: Finding your inner strength – Strategies for parents and students

​Our Second Cafe Conversation of the 2020-21 Academic Year was presented by The Primary Counsellors on the concept of 'resilience' including strategies for building this capacity and promoting it at home and in school. Resilience can be defined as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or even significant sources of stress. This was followed by a Q&A session to address any other questions parents had related to supporting their children's social emotional health and wellbeing.
