We have come to our final 3 way conferences of the year! Please see the details below for conference logistics. Considering we just ran our meetings on the parent evening system for single subject teachers, we are using it again for our 3 way conferences.
On Wednesday April 28th, you will be able to sign up for our
3 Way Conferences, on May 3rd - May 7th.
We are using our Parents’ Evening system. Many of you already have accounts and can access the system login here: https://oisogc.schoolcloud.co.uk/
Please make careful note of your meetings times and attend promptly, the meeting will automatically be disconnected after the allotted 20 minutes. For more information on the system and how to attend appointments over video call, please review this article. Additionally, this tutorial will walk you through the steps for setting up your account: how to set up your appointments.
Please ensure that you enable the microphone and camera for the system or you will have technical issues during your conferences.
Comments for teachers when scheduling meetings
You can leave a message for teachers when you book your meeting. If you have any special requests or questions you would like to focus on for the meeting please add a comment with your booking. If you intend to bring your child to conferences please let the teachers know in advance.
Parents in different locations
Please only use one parent account for booking appointments. It is possible for family members in different locations to attend meetings together virtually. In the same article above, please scroll down to the section titled “Inviting another parent/guardian to join your appointments” for details.

Appointment Booking Window
The window for setting up appointments will open on Wednesday, April 28th at 8:00 AM and close on Monday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM. After the sign up session has closed, there will be no further sign ups for this PTM.

Non-attendance/ technical issues during conferences
If you are unable to attend your meeting after you have signed up, or you have a technical problem on the day, please contact the teacher(s) to let them know.
