We have had a very good start to the school year this morning. A big thank you to you all for having the children here on time and ready for their first day back at school. On my walks around the classes today I noticed happy children, engaged in getting to know each other and their teacher, and they were having fun.

We did have a few tears which is quite normal on the first few days but these children (and some parents) were quickly calmed by their teachers and as soon as Mum and Dad were out of sight they were quickly engaged in the class.
To this end once you have dropped off your child this week please vacate the floors quickly so we can settle our classes and get into learning.

This week you have a choice when dropping off your children; either bring them up to class or say goodbye to them in the foyer where our teachers on duty will guide them up to classes.
From Monday August 13, Grade 1-Grade 5 children are to gather in the foyer and will make their way up to the floors on the direction of the duty teachers.
