On Monday April 4th, you will be able to sign up for conferences for our Single Subject Teacher Meetings scheduled for April 12th and April 13th.
We are using our Parents’ Evening system again for easy meeting bookings and video conferencing. Many of you already have accounts and can access the system login here: https://oisogc.schoolcloud.co.uk/
Also, please make careful note of your meeting times and attend promptly, the meeting will automatically be disconnected after the allotted 7 minutes. Please ensure that you enable the microphone and camera for the system or you will have technical issues during your conferences.
Comments for teachers when scheduling meetings
You can leave a message for teachers when you book your meeting. If you have any special requests or questions you would like to focus on for the meeting please add a comment with your booking. If you want your child to attend conferences please let the teachers know in advance by leaving a message.
Parents in different locations
Please only use one parent account for booking appointments. It is possible for family members in different locations to attend meetings together virtually. In the same article above, please scroll down to the section titled “Inviting another parent/guardian to join your appointments”.

You can do this immediately or you can wait until you wish to sign up for conferences on Monday.

Appointment Booking Window
The window for setting up appointments will open on Monday April 4th at 8:00 AM and close on Friday April 8th at 12:00 PM. After the sign up session has closed, there will be no further sign ups for this PTM. However, if you cannot attend these dates, you miss the sign ups or there are no slots available when you access the system, you can contact the teacher directly to make a meeting at a later date.

Non-attendance/ technical issues on the day
If you are unable to attend your meeting after you have signed up, or you have a technical problem on the day, please contact the teacher(s) to let them know.
