Sign Ups for Single Subject Parent Teacher Meetings - April 14th - 16th

Dear Parents, 

We hope you had a great Spring Break and eased back into routines with this shortened week. For those in our community celebrating this Easter weekend, we hope you can spend this holiday safely with your immediate families. Unfortunately, the COVID situation has taken a turn in recent days with many in our community impacted by the virus or regulations attempting to curb the spread. To those directly impacted we hope for speedy recoveries. Please remain vigilant by social distancing, washing/sanitizing hands, and wearing masks.

On Monday April 5th, you will be able to sign up for conferences for our Single Subject Teacher Meetings scheduled for April 14th - April 16th. 

We are using our Parents’ Evening system again for easy meeting bookings and video conferencing. Many of you already have accounts and can access the system login here: https://oisogc.schoolcloud.co.uk/ 

Please make careful note of your meetings times and attend promptly, the meeting will automatically be disconnected after the allotted 7 minutes. For more information on the system and how to attend appointments over video call, please review this article. Additionally, this tutorial will walk you through the steps for setting up your account: how to set up your appointments. 
Please ensure that you enable the microphone and camera for the system or you will have technical issues during your conferences.

Comments for teachers when scheduling meetings
You can leave a message for teachers when you book your meeting. If you have any special requests or questions you would like to focus on for the meeting please add a comment with your booking. If you intend to bring your child to conferences please let the teachers know in advance. 

Parents in different locations
Please only use one parent account for booking appointments. It is possible for family members in different locations to attend meetings together virtually. In the same article above, please scroll down to the section titled “Inviting another parent/guardian to join your appointments” for details. 

Login Setup
You will need to follow this link to login to your account http://oisogc.schoolcloud.co.uk/ You can do this immediately or you can wait until you sign up for conferences on Monday.

Appointment Booking Window
The window for setting up appointments will open on Monday April 5th at 9:00 AM and close on Friday April 9th at 12:00 PM. After the sign up session has closed, there will be no further sign ups for this PTM. We've added an extra half day for meetings this time around.

Non-attendance/ technical issues during conferences
If you are unable to attend your meeting after you have signed up, or you have a technical problem on the day, please contact the teacher(s) to let them know.
