Single Subject PTMs

Dear Parents,

We've heard from teachers that meetings are going well and that parents have shared their appreciation of teachers' efforts these past few months. We've also been informed of some issues that we need to address for tomorrows meetings. 

• Duplicate bookings - some parents may have created two different accounts with SchoolCloud and scheduled two different meetings with teachers. These duplicate bookings have caused some confusion for teachers and limited the number of meetings teachers can have. Please, delete any duplicate bookings for tomorrow's meetings. 
• Starting meetings - to start your meetings please log in to the SchoolCloud system. The video conferences happen within the SchoolCloud system and not through some other platform. 
• Waiting list - if you are on the waiting list to see a teacher and you received no  notification of a booking it means that the teacher was unable to schedule a meeting for you. Some teachers had as many as 60 meetings today and will have another 60 tomorrow. If you were unable to get a meeting, please wait till after the Diwali break to contact teachers to schedule a meeting.
  
• Missed meetings - if you missed a meeting, please follow the same guidance as parents on the waiting list.  

If you need any technical support during your meetings tomorrow please contact mobileapp_support@oberoi-is.org. They will try to resolve and support any tech issues.
