Single Subject PTMs Update

​Dear Parents,

This is a reminder that on the 10th and 11th of November from 8:00-16:00, OGC Primary school will have virtual Parent-Teacher meetings with the Single Subject teachers. 

According to the booking system, we had a very high response for these meetings. This is great news that there are so many parents who have been able to make time to attend these virtual meetings. Please remember that the system will only allow one device to login for the meetings that have been scheduled, so parents who plan on attending the meetings together should use the same device and account. Also, please enable the microphone and camera on the system or there will be some technical difficulties with your virtual calls. Single subject teachers will have two very busy days on the 10th and 11th. To try and accommodate as many parent meetings as possible, some teachers will have close to 60 meetings a day. Unfortunately, even with this high number of meetings, some teachers will not be able to see all the parents who have signed up on the waiting list. If you were added to the waiting list or were not able to sign up for conferences for some reason last week, you may want to try to schedule a meeting with a teacher you were not able to sign up for during conferences, you can contact them after the Diwali break and find time to meet. 

Finally, we wish all parents and single subject teachers a productive and positive experience during conferences. Students can attend these conferences if you wish, but it is not necessary. There will be some special sessions planned on the 10th and 11th by homeroom teachers to celebrate the coming holiday of Diwali. We wish families all the best during the holiday and hope those who are celebrating can do so safely.
