Child Safeguarding

Dear Parents and Families,

At OIS, we follow a strict protocol with child-safeguarding for all ages.  We encourage students to speak up and speak out about any issues going on for them where they may feel unsafe.  Parents, please sit with your child sometime this weekend and ask them the following questions;  "Are there 3 people either in school or at home that you feel you can trust or talk to."  Children should be able to give you a response, if not we should be asking the question why?

So please have a discussion with your child regarding their right to Recognise, Refuse and Report!!
