OIS MUNLast weekend was OIS MUN. ~200 students spent all weekend here debating their hearts out. Congratulations to all the student organisers and participants. From some of our ArtistsFor our Visual Arts IBDP students, learning doesn’t just happen within the classroom. We encourage our students to engage with the contemporary art world. Being aware of contemporary art trends is vital to young artists as both a source of inspiration and for the development of their own professional conduct. Students explored the wonders of Mumbai’s vibrant art scene, visiting some independent galleries with Ms Sarah over a weekend. (From Neha) Not your regular math activities...Jack Sparrow hid some treasure on an island. Students had to follow the bearings to locate the treasure. The Math teachers got their hands dirty as they created all the props themselves and set the stage for a very exciting treasure hunt. The students were completely engaged in the collaborative activity and had great fun while learning! Students rolled the 3 cubes simultaneously and recorded the expressions and the operator that appeared on the top faces.
